2601 Cartwright Rd Box #171
Missouri City, TX 77459

What is the Brazos Valley Chapter?
•The Brazos Valley Chapter of the International Code Council was organized to unite with other
departments of Texas municipalities in order to bring together and achieve a more efficient
knowledgeable understanding of the building construction industry. Brazos Valley Chapter focuses
on public relations, education, certifications, professional development and membership benefits
that correspond with the needs of our principal members. Vital networking opportunities are
developed with other government officials and stakeholders, such as the ICC Region X coalition
which includes Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma, building officials, state fire marshals, the
International Code Council and professional consultants throughout the state.

What is Our Mission?
•To inspire dedication and education of the construction codes enforced in and
around the State of Texas in order to bring a uniform understanding and interpretation.
•To offer a network of individuals for discussion and sharing of information from cities
large and small, where industry can be a part and have a voice.

What is Our Goal?
•To get code officials from this region to join this chapter and make them an integral part of a
growing code officials' chapter.
